About Sauti Care

Our Mission

Transform healthcare delivery in Africa by making AI-powered diagnostic and triage systems accessible, affordable, and culturally appropriate for all communities.

The Problem We Solve

Kenya and across Africa face a critical healthcare crisis: only 19 doctors per 100,000 people (vs WHO standard of 100+), resulting in 3 out of 10 patients being misdiagnosed. Rural areas have it even worse, with doctor-to-patient ratios exceeding 1:30,000. Additionally, Sh50+ billion is lost annually to healthcare fraud, draining resources that could save lives.

Our Solution

Sauti Care is a voice-first AI platform designed for Africa. It captures patient information via speech in their preferred language (Swahili, English, or local languages), instantly creates digital records, uses evidence-based algorithms for triage, analyzes chest X-rays, and detects fraudulent claims. All of this happens in under 2 minutes—the time it normally takes for basic intake.

Why Voice-First?

43% of Kenya's population has low digital literacy. Keyboards are unfamiliar in rural areas. But 80% prefer voice communication, and 91.8% have mobile phones. Our voice-first approach removes barriers to healthcare access.
